Karen is a Pennsylvania-born and based educator with a diverse background in teaching and learning. She holds degrees in Elementary Education, Curriculum & Instruction, and Educational Leadership. She is committed to providing effective professional and executive development for educators and believes that nobody rises to low expectations. Karen currently works as a data specialist on the Pennsylvania Comprehensive Support and Improvement team after serving as the Director of Educational Programs for a regional educational agency for 14 years. She also supports district and school administrators through her work with the Pennsylvania Inspired Leadership program, and she is a certified facilitator of the Entrepreneurial Learning Institute's Ice House program.
