Jorge Peña is a senior consultant and improvement specialist at Koru Strategy Group. He previously served as the Andrew Greeley Endowed Research Fellow at the School of Education and the Director of Faculty Development and Engagement in the Office of the Provost at Loyola University Chicago. In these roles, Peña conducted research on equitable school practices in Catholic schools, taught graduate students in educational leadership, and supported faculty with the review, promotion, and tenure process.

Peña coaches schools in the United States, Australia, and Chile on using the Data Wise Improvement Process. He holds an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership and Administration from DePaul University, a M.S. Ed. in Curriculum and Instruction from Chicago State University, and a B.A. in Sociology from the University of Vermont.
