Kathryn Parker Boudett

Kathryn Parker Boudett is a senior lecturer on education at the Harvard Graduate School of Education and the director of the Data Wise Project. Her passion lies in supporting educators in working together effectively to improve learning and teaching. She oversees all the components of the Data Wise ecosystem.

Boudett is co-author of Data Wise: Educators Collaborating so Each Learner Thrives (coming Spring 2025), System Wise: Continuous Instructional Improvement at Scale, and Meeting Wise: Making the Most of Collaborative Time for Educators. She holds a Ph.D. in Public Policy from Harvard University and a B.A. in Economics from Yale University.
