Robert Wessman is the founder and CEO of Koru Strategy Group, a mission-driven company that helps education systems around the world implement research-driven practices with three outcomes in mind: better schools for students, higher professional satisfaction for educators, and greater public value for communities. Koru works directly with school and system leaders on implementation strategies and on-location professional learning. Wessman spent nine years as a teacher, school leader, and transformation specialist in Utah. He holds an Ed.L.D. in Educational Leadership and Administration from the Harvard Graduate School of Education, an M.Ed. in Educational Leadership and Administration from Utah State University, and a B.A. in English from Brigham Young University.
