Caitlin Bexley

Caitlin Bexley is currently working as an instructional coach for Hartford Public Schools, promoting adult and student learning around literacy. She began her work in education in the classroom as English teacher who loved working with her middle school students in the North end of Hartford.Inspired by her school’s design centered on museum education, Caitlin took on the position of theme coach at Fred D. Wish Museum School, supporting teachers with arts integration and project-based learning. Other professional experiences include serving on curriculum writing and leadership teams, and contributing educational material to several arts organizations. A life-long learner, Caitlin’s educational background includes a B.A. in English Language and Literature, an Ed.M. in Arts in Education, an 6th year in Educational Leadership, an Intermediate Administrative or Supervision certification, and a TESOL certification. One of her passions is sharing the love of reading with students, teachers, and her two-year old, Owen.
