Caitlin is currently an Instructional Coach for the Rochester City School District. She has been an educator for 16 years, serving as an elementary classroom teacher, Intervention Teacher, Instructional Coach, and building-based Assessment Coordinator. She received her Bachelors and Masters of Education degrees from the State of New York College at Brockport. As a member of the Instructional Leadership Team, she has been able to support both staff and students in the growth and development of their school.
