Carletha Bell

My name is Carletha Bell; I’ve taught in the education field for 28 years. Last year, I received the Golden Apple Award! Currently, I’m the Math Instructional Coach. As a lead teacher, I lead a group of 6th graders in the Future City competition. I was also a coach for the GOTR (Girls on the Run) program. Other leadership positions I’ve participated in: SBPT (School Based Planning Team), Building Committee, RTA- alternate, Career in Teaching Mentor, CIT (Continuous Leadership Team), Math Content Coordinator for NYS assessment, 6th-grade representative for math curriculum, Attendance Team, Math Team, Multicultural, and Green team representative, grade-chair, mentor for student teachers, field placement students, and my colleagues.
