Elizabeth is currently a senior leader in an education charity responsible for the delivery of secondary teacher training and school leadership programs across London, England. In 2016, she was invited by London based UCL Institute of Education to be an Academic Visitor for one year. At UCL, she served as a graduate adjunct lecturer and contributed to several research projects focused on research-informed peer review, Research Learning Communities, and defining characteristics of effective school leadership teams. Prior to her transition to London, she was a turnaround principal for over 8 years in both Virginia and Ohio.
Elizabeth was first introduced to Data Wise in 2014 as part of a school system team that attended the Summer Leadership Institute. Since then, she has coached not only her own school teams, but also school and system teams in both the U.S. and UK. Elizabeth has enjoyed being a Data Wise Coach since 2017 and has seen firsthand the impact the Data Wise Improvement Process has on educators, students, and the overall school community.
Elizabeth is currently completing a Certificate of Advanced Education Leadership and has a Master of Education degree in Organizational Leadership.
