Elizabeth Fennell

Elizabeth FennellElizabeth is currently a doctoral student in the U.K. and conducting research on the process of teacher collaboration in U.S. schools.  She has worked in education in both the U.S. and U.K. In England, Elizabeth served as a senior leader in an education charity responsible for the delivery of secondary teacher training and school leadership programs across London. She was also an Academic Visitor at UCL Institute of Education where she was an adjunct lecturer and contributed to several research projects focused on research-informed school improvement strategies. Prior to her transition to London in 2106, she served as an elementary and middle school principal in both Virginia and Ohio.

Elizabeth was first introduced to Data Wise in 2014 as part of a school system team that attended the Summer Leadership Institute. Since then, she has coached school and system teams in both the U.S. and U.K. Elizabeth has enjoyed being a Data Wise Coach since 2017 and has experienced the impact the Data Wise Improvement Process has on educators, students, and the overall school community.
