Jennifer Nybro

Jennifer Nybro is currently in her 18th year as a New York City educator. During her time as an educator in a Bronx Community school, she has taught in a variety of settings as a classroom teacher in both general education and Integrated Co Teaching classrooms. For the last six years, Jennifer has worked as an instructional coach. In this role, she works closely with the teachers in grades 3K through 5 by supporting them through coaching cycles. One of her favorite aspects of this role is being involved in the collaboration between teachers and administrators. She believes this team mentality allows all staff members to develop and grow to better reach the needs of all students. Her hope is to help facilitate continuous improvement at both the classroom and school level and be a catalyst for change. Jennifer’s primary goals are to motivate staff and encourage educators to “step out of the box.”
