Lisa Cenca
Lisa Cenca has spent the bulk of her career as a classroom teacher in second and third grade. She currently works as an instructional coach in a preK-2 building, supporting teachers and students in a variety of capacities. Lisa has BA's in American Studies and Elementary Education, a MAT in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages, and in 2021 She began work for an educational doctorate. Her research centers around STEM education, with a focus on creating inclusive environments and reinforcing pathways for historically underrepresented populations. Lisa was introduced to collaborative inquiry and the DataWise process through her doctoral work and is looking to develop and strengthen these practices within her building and district.
