Megan Bacchus
Megan brings over a decade of experience as a dedicated special needs educator within the New York City Department of Education, where she has passionately served as a teacher and recently transitioned into the role of instructional coach for middle school. She is currently leading the middle school teachers to implement a work study program for students with various disabilities. Throughout her career, Megan has been deeply involved in data analysis within the classroom, empowering fellow educators to leverage effective data-driven practices to enhance instruction and student outcomes. This year, she has been implementing and refining the Data Wise method school-wide, facilitating professional development sessions and supporting teachers in mastering this approach. Currently, Megan is embarking on a new academic journey, pursuing her second master's degree in administration as she continues to demonstrate her commitment to educational excellence and leadership development.
