Olga Fotinis
Olga Fotinis has been a member of the New York City Department of Education since September 1992, where she has contributed her expertise as a general education elementary school educator in District 12 situated in the Bronx. Throughout her tenure, Olga has undertaker diverse roles including teaching across multiple grade levels, serving as a library media specialist, data specialist, test coordinator, and instructional coach. As an instructional coach, Olga's responsibilities include providing support and guidance to her fellow educators to enhance their teaching practices. She collaborates with teachers to develop effective instructional strategies, implements professional development sessions, conducts classroom observations to provide feedback, and helps teachers analyze student data to inform their instruction. Additionally, Olga works closely with teachers to set goals for professional growth and supports them in achieving those goals through ongoing coaching and mentoring.
