Ray Moschetto
Ray Moschetto has been an Special Educator for almost two decades, working at an alternative day school in an urban school district. Starting his tenure teaching History and Science to Middle School students with emotional and behavioral disabilities, he transitioned into the role of instructional coach in his eighth year. Having earned a Bachelor’s Degree in History and a Master’s Degree in Special Education, Ray began his doctoral studies in Educational Leadership, at Southern New Hampshire University in 2013. He completed his dissertation, “The Relationship between Administrative Actions and Teacher Empowerment in a Local Education Agency that has Been Appointed an Assigned Receiver or Trustee,” and was awarded his doctorate in 2018.
