Scott Barksdale

My passion is helping leadership teams ask the right questions, find the right answers, and bring about meaningful and lasting improvements in their organizations. With over 20 years of experience in education - as a classroom teacher, a teacher leader, a school leader, and most recently as the leader of a small public charter district - I am now focused on evidence-driven improvement work and leadership coaching for schools, districts, and education nonprofits. My areas of expertise are team-based data inquiry, change management, change leadership, data analytics, and data literacy. I am most interested in how the shared inquiry process can pull us closer to true community and educational excellence.
