Tanya leads professional staff developers supporting schools in the areas of assistive technology, autism, inclusive practices, MTSS academics and behavior, and secondary transition. She is also the regional Level 2 School Climate Coach and a School Improvement Facilitator. Previously, Tanya served as the PA Statewide Gifted Liaison and developer/ program manager for the first approved Gifted Endorsement Program in PA. She also spent 15 years in the classroom as a social studies and gifted support teacher. Tanya completed her doctoral coursework at Indiana University of PA for curriculum and instruction and holds a masters in gifted education from Millersville University.
