Terryl Dozier is the Director of Data and Inquiry on the School Improvement Team, New York City Department of Education. In his current role, Terryl helped bring the Data Wise School Improvement Process to the Renewal School Program. His educational interests include: systems and structures for continuous improvement, school desegregation, culturally responsive education, strategic planning, school turnaround, and the development of data-driven decision-making capacity in school leadership. He has received a B.A. in Psychology from Wake Forest University and a Ed.M. in International Education Policy from Harvard Graduate School of Education.
