Abby Olinger Quint serves as Senior Director of Data and Accountability for the Hartford Public Schools in Connecticut. In her current role, she co-leads the district’s strategy for effective data teams. Six systems-level data teams, 70 school-based data teams and over 300 staff members have been systemically trained in the Data Wise Improvement Process. She also leads the development and implementation of district data systems for accountability, assessment and student information; informs the district’s data strategy and practices; provides analytical support to guide the use of data for continuous improvement; and ensures district compliance with federal, state, and district reporting. Ms. Olinger Quint earned a B.A. from UCONN and has served as a Harvard Strategic Data Project Fellow Supervisor. Having served the Hartford Public Schools for nearly two decades, her depth of skill and experience have allowed her to strengthen data systems and practices while empowering teachers and leaders with actionable data to personalize instruction and drive improvements.
