Amy Grab - Data Wise Certified Coach

Amy Grab has worked in urban education her entire career. Throughout her 22 years in the Harrisburg School District, Amy has served as a classroom teacher for both 5th and 6th grades, a reading specialist, and a mentor. Recently Amy accepted the position of assistant principal at Marshall Math Science Academy where she has worked alongside teachers to provide innovative experiences for their students.

She is a member of Harrisburg’s Inspiring Connections Outdoors, a nonprofit group that exposes urban youth to the beauty of the outdoors by taking them hiking, camping, and canoeing. In 2019, she was recognized by the Capital Region Literacy Council with the Educational Leadership Award. Amy received both her Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and her Master’s degree in Teaching and Curriculum from The Pennsylvania State University. She holds a Pennsylvania certificate in English Language Development, Educational Leadership K-12, Reading Specialist, and Early Childhood Education.
