Anna Noble Dunphy, PhD is an assistant principal at Sandwich Public School District in Sandwich, Massachusetts, USA. She has worked at the central office level as a curriculum specialist, focusing on instructional improvement and program development. Before moving into leadership roles, she was a high school social studies teacher.

Dr. Dunphy earned her doctorate in Curriculum and Instruction from Boston College. Her research applies complexity theory to examine the role of leadership in educational change and innovation. She was also the managing editor of the *Journal of Educational Change*, engaging with research on school improvement and system dynamics.

Anna thrives on creating learning environments that are challenging, rewarding, and relevant, ensuring that both students and educators experience growth and success. With a strong background in curriculum development and instructional leadership, she continuously seeks ways to bridge research and practice, helping schools adapt and evolve in an ever-changing educational landscape.
