Anu Anand serves as a Regional Lead : K-12 LEA/School Continuous Improvement with the statewide system for school improvement in PA. She partners with districts designated for comprehensive support and improvement by building capacity and sustainability through the continuous improvement process.Anu is also a Certified Leadership Development Coach. Her previous roles include serving at the School District of Philadelphia, and supporting 17 districts on data analysis, assessment and differentiated instructional practices.  Anu is passionate about instructional leadership, data driven action planning and continuous  improvement guided by a growth mindset.
