Carletta Marrow

Carletta MarrowCarletta Marrow is an Instructional Director (ID) in the Prince George’s County Public School System. In this position, Dr. Marrow serves as a principal supervisor, coach and supporter. As an Instructional Director, it her role to build the capacity of the 12 principal’s she serves on the K-12 level instructionally as well as enhance their leadership behaviors to impact the instructional core. Prior to this role, she served as a high school principal, assistant principal and middle school English teacher. Her work with Central Office using the Data Wise School Improvement Process was featured in the HarvardX. She is also a Gallup StrengthsFinder Certified Coach and she has received a numerous awards and recognition to include the Washington Post Distinguished Educator of the Year. Carletta received her B.A in English from Virginia State University, her M.A in Special Education from American University and her doctoral degree in Educational Administration from Nova Southeastern University.
