Elizabeth Saunders

Elizabeth SaundersElizabeth Saunders is an Improvement Specialist in Prince George’s County Public Schools’ Office of Continuous Systemic Improvement.   An essential role in this position is to facilitate the implementation of the Data Wise Improvement Process.  She is also a facilitator for Central Office School Support Network meetings, a structure for bringing school personnel and central office supports together to engage in learning and thinking about the best way to galvanize central office support for impacted schools.Previously, from 2011-1017, Elizabeth served as an Instructional Director where she was a principal supervisor for six years for a cluster of schools.  This position was specifically designed to coach school leaders around strengthening the instructional core.  She has also served as an elementary school principal, assistant principal and first and fifth grade teacher.  Elizabeth received her B.S. from Howard University and her M.S. in Curriculum and Instruction from McDaniel College.
