Erin Sudduth

Erin Sudduth is a Data Inquiry Facilitator for Boston Public Schools. In this role, Erin coaches school teams through the Data Wise Inquiry Process to improve teacher practice and student learning outcomes. She provides direct support to principals, school leaders and team facilitators across the district to build sustainable structures and practices related to data use and implementation of inquiry cycles. Erin has been an educator for 14 years. She started her career as an elementary bilingual teacher in Houston Independent School District. Erin pursued a Master’s Degree in School Leadership at Harvard Graduate School of Education, where she also earned her Principal Licensure. Following completion of her studies, Erin taught Math and Science to 4th and 5th graders at the Rafael Hernandez Dual Language School in Roxbury, MA. Erin holds an Ed.M from HGSE in School Leadership and a B.S. in Elementary Education and Spanish from Baylor University.
