J. Kimo Carter

Kimo Carter is the Assistant Superintendent for Teaching & Learning for the Weston (MA) Public Schools. For over thirty years, Kimo has worked as a teacher, principal, and central office administrator. He received an Ed.D. degree in Educational Leadership from Boston College in 2016 and an M.Ed. degree from Harvard in 2003. Kimo’s current focus areas in Weston include promoting joyful learning, providing equitable education for all, and empowering teams to systematically use data to develop best practices through the Data Wise process.
