Jon Fried
Jon Fried is in his 23rd year of service as an educator, innovator, and coach, dedicated to developing a deep understanding of learners’ unique needs and implementing a highly individualized program supporting and empowering all learners to be life-ready. Jon is currently serving as a High School Principal with a growing team of leaders and learners at Commonwealth Charter Academy in Pennsylvania and has also served as a District Administrator, Principal, Assistant Principal, Architecture Teacher, and Adjunct Professor, in both Maryland and Pennsylvania prior to joining CCA.
With a passion to simply learn more, team up, and serve dreams Jon received his bachelor’s in education from Malone University, Masters of Ed. Leadership from Edinboro University, Masters of Instructional Design and Technology from The University of Arizona, and continued doctoral courses with Shippensburg University.
Outside of work, Jon enjoys never standing still but constantly on an adventure with his wife Terrae and daughter Karrington, traveling, celebrating cultures, tasting great food, and most of all making memories with new friends.
