Kamilah Ruddock

Kamilah Ruddock currently works as a District Mathematics Coach in the Hartford Public School district supporting Kindergarten through fifth grade teachers. As a District Mathematics Coach she works with teachers to identify and assist with the implementation of proven teaching methods. This may include helping within classrooms to support the planning and delivery of effective instruction. 

Prior to Kamilah’s district role, she worked as a 4th grade teacher, a 2nd/3rd grade Humanities teacher, and an Instructional Coach in schools within the Hartford Public School district for the past fourteen years.  She received her B.S. in Elementary Education with a concentration in Math and a M.A. in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Connecticut. She also received her Sixth Year Certificate in Educational Leadership from Sacred Heart University.
