Karen Archambault

Karen Archambault is the Assistant Principal at King Philip Regional High School in Wrentham, MA. In addition to her Assistant Principal responsibilities, Karen has provided district-wide professional development, at various districts, to educators in the areas of equity, diversity, and inclusion using the tenets of Intentional Collaboration and Assessment Literacy. Karen works with various stakeholders throughout the community, including students, to facilitate difficult conversations in the areas of race and diversity. Prior to working in King Philip, Karen was the Assistant Principal of Holliston High School in Holliston, MA, and Westport Junior/Senior High School, Westport, Massachusetts. She also served as the Instructional Data Coordinator for Wellesley Public Schools, Wellesley, Massachusetts. At Wellesley Public Schools Karen worked with administrators, faculty, and students on using the Data Wise Improvement Process to inform instruction during their Professional Learning Communities. Karen holds a Master of Education degree in Educational Research, Measurement and Evaluation from Boston College. Karen also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Affairs and Early Childhood Education from George Washington University.
