Kayla Smith

I am an eager change agent who has been passionate about education for over 14 years. My name is Kayla Smith and I am an elementary assistant principal with Commonwealth Charter Academy. I have been a lead educator in various rural, urban, private, public, brick-and-mortar, and cyber school districts across the state of Pennsylvania. My bachelor's degree, master's degree, and principal certification are only the beginning of my inspirational journey as an administrator. 
 

The highlights of my profession in education have come from intrinsic motivation to continuously learn and grow with others that surround me.
