Leah Rubin
Leah Rubin is a Doctor of Education Leadership (Ed.L.D.) student at the Harvard Graduate School of Education. During the 2024–25 school year, Leah served as a Superintendent Fellow with Cambridge Public Schools, a data consultant for Metro Nashville Public Schools, and a research assistant supporting the development of district-focused literacy coaching coherence. In these roles, she contributed to initiatives in instructional alignment, academic intervention, and data governance. Previously, Leah has worked as a classroom teacher, assistant principal, and principal. Known for her clarity, care, and strategic leadership, her leadership centers adult learning, instructional alignment, and inclusive school cultures.
