Lindsay is a Senior Research Analyst at the Office of Renewal Schools, New York City Department of Education. During the 2016-17 school year, she managed an initiative that brought the Data Wise Improvement Process into 21 struggling New York City schools through supportive coaching visits and targeted professional development sessions and there are plans to expand the program for the 2017-18 school year. She holds a bachelor's degree in psychology and Spanish from Lafayette College and a master's degree in quantitative methods from the Graduate School of Education at the University of Pennsylvania.
