Michele White

Michele White began her career in education with the Rochester City School District in September 2001. After 11 years at the building level, Michele transitioned to the District’s Central Office to support the implementation of Race to the Top in the Rochester City Schools.  At that time she developed relationships with building leaders and supported all schools in their improvement planning.

In Michele’s previous role as Executive Director of School Innovation, Michele coordinated school improvement strategies and focused on accountability.  Currently Michele supports the students and staff at Dr. Walter Cooper Academy with instructional strategies and instruction.

Michele is passionate about strategic improvement strategies, data driven decision making, systems to support achievement, and creating strong relationships between people to meet end goals.
