Natasha Patterson

Natasha Patterson is a doctoral student in Education Leadership at the Harvard Graduate School of Education. Previously, Natasha served as Network Deputy Chief of Schools for Chicago Public Schools, where she provided strategic oversight for 27 schools and coached and supervised principals to drive instructional improvement. Prior to that, she was the Managing Director of Education Systems in the Illinois Governor’s Office, where she staffed the state’s Children’s Cabinet and oversaw three major cross-agency initiatives aimed at improving outcomes for children and families. Natasha has also served as a principal, assistant principal and teacher. Her commitment to equity and excellence in education continues to shape her leadership.
