Nicole Farrell Blood

Nicole presently serves as an Instructional Coach within the Rochester City School District at Nathaniel Hawthorne School No. 25. With over a decade of experience in education, she has held diverse roles within Special Education. Nicole earned her Bachelor of Science in Elementary and Special Education from St. John Fisher College, complemented by a Master of Science in Educational Technology from Nazareth College. She demonstrates a commitment to fostering continuous improvement and equitable practices at School 25 by actively participating in key leadership initiatives. She serves on the Instructional Leadership Team, the School-Based Planning Team, and the Problem-Solving Team. Additionally, she fulfills the role of the school’s MTSS Liaison, ensuring the implementation of a Multi-Tiered System of Supports strategies to benefit both staff and students.
