Rebecca Harris

Bec is a Learning Specialist at Dandenong Primary School, located in the most culturally diverse community in Australia, Greater City of Dandenong. She is very excited to be beginning the 2020 school year with a Foundation (Kindergarten) class of students from many cultural and language backgrounds.

Bec moved into a leadership role within the school in 2018. Her focus was on the development a data culture using summative and formative assessments to inform teachers of their impact on students’ learning.

Bec completed the first Data Wise Australia Institute in 2019, before returning as a Teaching Fellow in 2020.
