Rebecca Orsinger

Rebecca Orsinger is currently the Director of Special Education Operations at Commonwealth Charter Academy. She has served in this role since 2021. Prior to CCA, Rebecca was a Director with Specialized Education Services, Inc, overseeing programs for students with Autism, Intellectual Disabilities and Emotional Disturbance. Before moving into administration, Rebecca held various teaching roles including high school biology, elementary and middle school emotional support and instructional coach. Rebecca earned her undergraduate degree in elementary and environmental education and master’s degree in special education from Shippensburg University and completed her principal certification program through Point Park University. Rebecca is passionate about equity in education and ensuring that all learners are given the chance to reach their highest potential.
