Proud principal at Martin Luther King, Jr. Middle School in Beltsville, MD, Rotunda is a recent graduate of the Doctoral Educational Leadership Program at the University of Maryland-College Park. Her research was focused on indicators influencing private school choice among middle class and upper middle class African American families.

Rotunda was formerly a member of the Office of Continuous Systemic Improvement supporting district implementation of the Data Wise Improvement Process in Prince George’s County Public Schools. Rotunda’s greatest accomplishment- being mom to her 8 year old son Aiden!
