Duncan Groves

Duncan is currently Principal of Ogilvie High School (OHS) in Hobart, Tasmania. He started his Data Wise Journey in 2016 after winning a Hardie Fellowship which enabled him to study at Harvard to complete the Data Wise Leadership Institute. Duncan led the implementation of the Data Wise Improvement Process at Windermere Primary School from 2016 to 2019 and at OHS since 2020. He works with other school leaders across Tasmania to build capacity around school improvement. Duncan served as a Teaching Fellow at the Data Wise Institute Australia in 2019 and 2020.
