Jason DiCarlo

Jason's journey in Education began as a third and fourth-grade teacher at Lowell Public Schools. He later became a math coach and assistant principal. A highlight of his time in Lowell was being a turnaround principal at a chronically underperforming elementary school from 2010 - 2017. During the turnaround process, Jason was committed to creating a school culture that strived to ensure all students were successful, given high expectations for teaching and learning, while creating positive energy for staff and students to foster enthusiasm for the hard work required to get results.

In 2017, Jason decided to try his school leadership skills as principal in Andover. He continued to lead a school successfully in partnership with the staff, focused on high expectations for all students while ensuring curriculum consistency both horizontally and vertically.

In 2022, Jason became the Executive Director for Elementary Instruction and Operations in Andover Public Schools. He collaborates with district and individual staff to ensure cohesion and consistency across the district's five elementary schools.
